Pursuant to Sections 675, 606 and 230 of the Municipal Government Act, Chapter M-26 of the Revised Statutes of Alberta 2000 the Council of the Town of Drumheller intends to consider a Bylaw to remove a portion of Lot 19 E.R., Block 3, Plan 811 1554 presently designated an Environmental Reserve and use it for other purposes. This proposed Bylaw may be examined on drumheller.ca/your-municipality/bylaws or by contacting 403-823-1339 to request a copy.

Any person adversely or otherwise affected by this action and wishing to address Council relating to this matter shall contact cao@drumheller.ca or 403-823-1339 to make arrangements to attend the Council meeting on the 25th day of January 2021 at 5:30 p.m. Alternatively; written concerns may be delivered to Legislative Services 224 Centre Street Drumheller, AB T0J 0Y4 or emailed to cao@drumheller.ca emailed to cao@drumheller.ca; or completed Request to Appear as Delegation Form is filled out online. Submissions will be received up to Thursday January 21st, 2021 at 12:00pm. 

This meeting is being held to provide the public at large an opportunity to be heard in accordance to the provision of the Municipal Government Act.
