On Wednesday, June 23, 2021, the Town of Drumheller received confirmation from the Honourable Jason Nixon, Minister of Environment and Parks, Government of Alberta that construction of berms at the recommended elevation to protect Drumheller through our adaptive system may proceed. Now that we have the green light from the Province, the design process will resume, and final berm designs will be finalized.
