- On overthrows into foul territory, runners may advance at their own risk. On throws out-of-play, the runner gets two bases from the last base occupied at the time the ball left the hands on the fielder.
- The infield rule applies. The rule is as follows: (not included a line drive) a fair fly "infield" ball that can be caught with relative normal ease with runners on 1st and 2nd or 2nd and 3rd and with less than two outs will result in the batter declared out and the runners advancing at their own risk.

- Lead-offs are not allowed. Stealing bases is not allowed. No substitutions of runners once on base.
- The runner cannot leave the base until the bat has contacted the ball.

- The pitcher shall take a position with both feet on the ground with one or both feet in contact with the pitcher's plate. The ball shall be held in one or both hands in front of the body. The pitcher may take one "normal" step to the side or back of the pitcher's plate before the pitch is released. The pitcher may make two hesitations before either pitching the ball or throwing to a base. Faking a pitch, faking a throw or running are all considered hesitations.
- Arc ball between 6' -12' delivered underhand moderate speed. 4 ball - 3 strike, a pitch that hits any part of the strike mat will be called a strike
- Avoid Contact Rule: All players must avoid contact anytime there is a play at any base. It is the umpire's judgement, if there is any contact the runner will automatically be out. Any flagrant contact by the runner will result in immediately being ejected from the game.
- No team can be up more than 2 home runs at any time. If the team that is up by 2 home runs hits an additional home run before the opposing team hits a home run, it will be considered an out. A batter hitting a ball over the fence in a game in excess of the limit shall be ruled out.
