PURPOSE: Pursuant to Sections 22, Chapter M-26 of the Municipal Government Act, R.S.A. 2000, the Town of Drumheller intends to consider a Bylaw to close all streets and lanes depicted within the Bylaw and to dedicate the lands as an Environmental Reserve.

A copy of the Proposed Bylaw is available online at: https://www.drumheller.ca/your-municipality/bylaws or available for inspection at the Town of Drumheller office located at 224 Centre Street, Drumheller, Alberta T0J 0Y4.

A Public Hearing for the proposed road closure will be held on Monday, November 18^th starting at 5:30pm in Council Chambers and/or using a virtual platform at the Town of Drumheller office. The meeting will be held in accordance with the Municipal Government Act and the Council & Committee Meeting Procedure Bylaw #04.21. Any person who claims to be affected by the proposed Bylaw is invited to present their comments in person at the Public Hearing.

The written submissions for the Public Hearing must include a name for the record and will be included in the meeting agenda.
